Mumbai, Feb 1 : The rupee today pared the overnight gains and dipped by 18 paise to 46.34 against the US Dollar in the early trade, as compared to its previous close of 46.16, on heavy buying by bankers and others, traders at the interbank Foreing Exchange (FOREX) said here.
