LONDON (MarketWatch) — Italian carmaker Fiat Spa is set to sign a strategic partnership with Chinese manufacturer Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group that would allow it to make cars in China from 2011, Italian newspaper Il Corriere della Sera reported on Monday, citing Chinese sources.
